Tariffs

Weekly hire is from a Friday afternoon to a Friday morning.
Midweek hire is from a Monday afternoon to Friday morning.
Weekend hire is from a Friday afternoon to a Monday morning.

Advance bookings can only be taken for periods of a week or more during high season. To reserve Flo for a week, we require a non refundable booking deposit of 30%, with the balance payable six weeks (42 days) prior to the hire date.

Although we do not take advanced bookings for long weekends & midweek hire during high season (May to October) you are always welcome to check availability 7 days or less in advance. To reserve Flo for a midweek break or a long weekend, we require a non refundable booking deposit of 50% with the balance payable six weeks (42 days) prior to the hire start date.

Additional cost for European Hire:

For any period of hire in either high or low season the is an additional charge of £250 per week (on top of the stated hire charge) if you are taking Flo to Europe.

In addition to the European surcharge & the European insurance costs which are paid by the hirer if Flo is taken to Europe, there is an additional cost of AA European breakdown cover, which will be passed on to the hirer. The cost of this is dependent on the number of people travelling & the length of your stay. The cost of this will be advised to you at the enquiry / booking stage.

As well as the additional £250 charge, a surcharge will be levied by our insurer which in turn will grant you the green card which is required if you are driving outside of the UK. This charge will be in the region of approx £50 per week. The definitive cost can only be confirmed once details of the length & destination of your European trip have been passed on to the insurer. The maximum length of your stay in Europe is 31 days.

Security Deposit

There is a refundable Security Deposit of £500 (this increases to £1000 if you are going to mainland Europe) payable by cash, traveller's cheque or credit card (via PayPal but this will incur a surcharge, payable by the hirer) or BACS transfer direct to our bank account. The security deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out to you i.e. the interior clean including all cooking appliances, tyres, windscreen, bumpers, roof-lights, mirrors, doors & awning (if taken as an extra) in good condition and a full tank of fuel. Please leave the internal of the campervan clean at the end of your holiday. You do NOT need to worry about the outside of the campervan OR any external fittings, we will do that for you.
